I live by my list of goals! Every time I get to cross off a completed goal that I have been working on, I get such a feeling of accomplishment! Does anyone else follow through with their goals?

One who stands for nothing will fall for anything. This is why I find it important to have goals, so that I can have a sense of direction. I find it efficient to have one goal at a time. Definiteness of purpose and persistence are key, in achieving a goal.

It is a great feeling to complete a goal. I have several goals that I am always working towards and how amazing it feels when I have accomplished one.

Having goals give you a sense of direction. It sets a vision for you. Vision is a picture of your future. So, a future you fail to picture, you cannot function in. The first step is to get a vision, then set goals towards achieving it.

Goals give you motivation. By setting goals for yourself, you are able to measure your progress because you always have a fixed endpoint or benchmark to compare with. These are reminders in the back of your head help you to overcome procrastination and laziness.

I set my goals though I do not make a list of them. I keep them in my head and I work on them everyday. When I get one checked? I go celebrate!
