The most popular method of waking up in the morning is coffee. Another technique is Transcendental Meditation. It works as well or even better than jolting your system with caffeine. TM is the calming and elating practice of closing your eyes and sitting with a simple mantra.

Though coffee may be great for waking up happy, some people prefer taking tea with milk on rising daily. Several other methods such as working out, listening to music and going out for favourite sporting activities are good for waking up happy.

You can wake up happy by reminding yourself of everything and everyone you have. This will start your day off in with a positive mindset.

I pray before going to bed, Thanking God for all that I am in Him and I wake up Thanking God for waking me up to see another day and I am automatically happy.
