What are your best ways of relieving stress after a long hard day? Mine are playing computer games, cooking or just sitting down and reading a good book where I can just escape into its pages.

I smoke a little marijuana while listening to some cool music from my headphone (sometime after taking a bath). I only play video game to pass time, same with Facebook or Instagram but it don't really relax me even though i might be having fun or getting entertained.

Depends on the type of stress. Sometimes I have a glass of wine or cocktail after work but these days, I'm learning how to be more active instead of sedentary. Other things I may do in this situation is cook or talk on the phone.

Its either emotional-based or a problem-based approach. With regards to the former, I try to listen to comforting music or shout my heart out, then move on. With the latter, I attack the stressor head-on, then get over with it. It actually depends on the situation, but either way I feel relief afterwards.

I relieve stress through prayer, reading, listening to music, or meditating. I focus on the positive things in my life and trust that everything will work out.

I do one of the following: 1-I walk in the countryside. 2-I do sport. 3-I read. 4-I walk by the sea. Meditation is an important way to get rid of stress. Your brain feels relaxed when you abandon thinking in the issues that cause stress.

I shower. Sit in the warm couch in the lounge. Watch my favorite, investigative news network. Then, after hearing all the good, positive, factual news from my favorite news network, I prepare dinner for my large family. After a good meal, sometimes we play board games. Or, go to our own separate hobbies. I catch up with my reading and right through the thick of the night. These are how I de-stress or find relief after a hard day. I'll be fine the next day when the sun always comes out.

To relieve stress, i listen to loud rock music as i work out for thirty minutes. This has been working for me as i tend to take easy the problems causing stress and sometimes come up with a solution i had not thought about before.

I find the best way to relieve stress is a combination of activity and rest. I exercise every day but I also have to have downtime to read or rest. It's finding the balance between the two that does the trick for me.

For me the easiest way to relieve stress is to meditate with solfeggio frequencies. It calms the brain and consequently whole body. I recommend it to everyone.

Music solves everything when it comes to stress reliever, but the best stress reliever is relaxing, like have 8 to 10 hours of sleep every day and having a good dirt is necessary when you have stress and to just shake it off your stress and so that's it.

Sometimes when I'm really stressed out, just pulling out my guitar and playing a little music helps a lot. It gives me time to slow down and do something that makes me really happy.

I like to drink beer and maintain my fish tank (30 gallons).
Also, I like gardening and riding bicycles. Fishing is also a hobby of mine. Fishing and drinking beer is the bee's knees!
Also, I like cooking. My electric smoker is the bomb!

I relieve stress by listening to music that relaxes me. I mostly listen to genres like house and pop because they keep my mind on the music and their beats.
I also prefer to take long walks alone during the day so that I can think through things.

It’s also imperative to understand that the real toxins in food are more than just sugar, refined carbs, or gluten. Not only are we often demonizing the wrong foods, but we’re ignoring the fact that modern food contains some strange new molecules that humans have never eaten. Research on the negative health effects of food dyes, brominated compounds, and fake fats is compelling enough that I’ve banned them from my family’s kitchen. The FDA plans to eliminate trans fats from the food supply by 2018, but you can eliminate them now by avoiding highly processed,
packaged foods. Such a move would also largely help eliminate your exposure to toxins such as plasticizers, persistent organic pollutants, and synthetic estrogens, all of which throw our metabolism and health out of balance by acting as endocrine disrupters.

I play the drums as hard as possible. Exercising also helps. I used to drink but that just steals happiness from tomorrow, so I've limited that option.

One 750ML of rum, 1 1000ML of coke, 1 roasted chicken, 1 microphone, 1 videoke setup. That is the perfect recipe for any stressful day I have. Just go home, crack open the bottles and start drinking. Once I am halfway thru the rum I eat the chicken and am well drunk enough to start singing without caring what i sound like or who hears me.

My best stress reliever is a good movie and some popcorn. I swear nothing relaxes me more than a great comedy or thought provoking drama comedy. I simply tune out all that's going on around me for an hour and a half and just relax.
